I recently purchased a vehicle from them, and from the initial phone call I made, to a follow-up call a few days after my purchase, the staff was extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure I was happy and fully accommodated during the process. They even helped get me pre-approved for financing before I even stepped on the lot. From the moment I met my salesman, Rod, I had a good gut-feeling about the guy and didn't catch any sort of skeevy vibe. He looked me in the eye when talking, was straight-up about the price and payment options, and made sure I was happy with my vehicle purchase. I wasn't buying cars back in the 70's, but I think if I had this would have been a similar experience. I must say this is one of the best dealerships around. In the past I have done some deals with salesman Mickey. He was able to accommodate my family’s needs in what we need for a car. I have since had my car serviced there for routine work and let me just say their service department is great. Both Adrien and James have helped me with my car and have fixed what has needed to be done in a time efficient manner. Many of the questions do not apply to Hatfield Buick, as we live in Northern California and had already looked at Buick’s here, test driven one, and made our decision. We had even put together a deal at a dealer close to home but that deal went on so long that we finally left them and called Hatfield. In ten minutes, we had a deal, we were accepted for a 0% loan and left the next day to drive 500 miles to pick up the car. Our overall experience with Hatfield Buick was outstanding – Rod was superb; He treated us well; we were very satisfied. We were treated much better by Hatfield in fact, than by any of the sales people we dealt with at home. We have already recommended Hatfield to relatives and friends in Southern California. John T.
My Acadia is a great car, one of the best cars I have ever owned, If not the best. I get 25.4 mpg when driving to Oregon. I would buy another one from Hatfield when the time comes. Terry J.
I am writing you this letter to tell you how impressed I am with James Morales and Drew English who are in your service dept. I drive a Cadillac and have been going to Kennedy Cadillac and then the dealer in Riverside. The time waiting there is to long and they don’t drive to Redlands. So, I decided to take it to you. Your service advisor James Morales did an excellent job showing me what was wrong and how long it would take to repair and the cost. The time He estimated the repair was right on. I will now bring my Cadillac to Hatfield Buick. Drew English your shuttle driver was polite and courteous. He made sure I had my keys and waited to see that I got into my home before He left. He offered to walk me to my front door since I walk with a cane. You are indeed fortunate to have them aboard at Hatfield Buick. Norma N.
I wanted to thank you for the great service I received on my Pontiac G-6. I brought my car in due to transmission issues. Although I was thinking that there might be a chance my warranty was still in effect, I learned from your service team that it had expired a couple of months ago. I was extremely pleased when I learned your service team had contacted GM regarding the problem and that I would only have to pay the $250 deductable. The fact that the Dealership took the time to even do that is very much appreciated. I would also like to state that your service teal, James and Adrien have been very pleasant and professional at each encounter. I have seen them deal with ederly female customers while I have been in the office and they treat them with much respect. It is nice to know that there are still reputable dealerships in existence. Well sir, what can I say about your service staff. After the initial shock of a 1500 .00 repair bill estimate, to now costing me only 100.00 to get my Yukon fixed, I can say that this WILL NOT be kept silent. Most of the time, all that people hear and or say is the bad stuff. That’s not me. I can tell you that everyone and I mean everyone that I come in contact with will know how you folks at Hatfield took care of a long standing customer.
