Adrian has always been great… even through my frustrations with the car

Your service team is exceptional. Honestly, I've had the pleasure of using service centers for decades for ALL types of vehicles I've owned. Yet, the experience I received from your service center has been excellent, professional, competent, friendly, and fair. This is important to me. Any of our vehicles can be serviced at any number of service centers. But, the Hatfield Buick GMC has made me feel like my needs for my vehicle mattered. I appreciated that. Thank you and your entire team.

From the second Kevin greeted myself and my wife on the lot it was great. He wasn't overly pushy, he knew his product, and he did everything in his power to get us a fair deal. And even when things went a little south on my trade value, they did a WONDERFUL job on explaining why I could not get what I wanted for it and was still VERY fair with the counter offer! It TRULY is a family vibe in that store. No high pressure NO crazy mark ups, heck no markups or added crap that no one wants! The fact you deal with ONE person from the sale to the finance office it JUST INCREDIABLE

We just purchased our 2022 GMC terrain at Victorville Chevy with a 3 year extension warranty… 2 days later the check engine light and engine power reduced light came on. GM road side was the only available option because our information was not in the system for the extended warranty company. Our car sat at your dealership while I went back and forth with selling dealership and extended warranty company to cover repair of turbo charged bypass valve. Alex was consistent in returning calls and keeping me informed and possible solutions. All I received from selling dealership was apologies for what I’m going through and 30 day waiting period process as to their solution. By this time I had started a claim with General Motors and seemed every possible way to get this repair done in a timely manner was not included with service I would have expected with the purchase of an extended warranty. When I spoke these problems with Alex at your dealership he was deeply concerned and offered solutions to the repair instead of apologies and excuses of why repairs can’t be performed. Our car was repaired and we picked it up 4 days later…. Not 30 days as to selling dealership and extended warranty company proposed solution. We still have not received a phone call from extended warranty company or selling dealership to see how we are doing, as far as they know our car is still sitting at your dealership broken. Your dealership gave us solutions and got us back on the road and didn’t leave us stranded… and for that we will drive our vehicle from now on for oil changes and maintenance to your dealership… thank you training your employees on the withering art of customer service …. It’s really hard to find these days

Easy and friendly!

I waited in the lounge area for my car. I knew it would a couple of hours so I had my cup of coffee and took care of some work as I waited. Staff is very friendly and informative. I was almost tempted to walk the show room to see the latest models

courteous and informative on arrival. completed work in a timely manner and got me back on the road quickly.
