    Fuel filter should have been replaced since it will fail before next regular service. Also, doesn't look like wheel alignment was checked since it has a significant new pull to the right. Printout of services showed a discrepancy in tire pressures. One set showed pressures of around 28 and another set in the 60's. This raises questions of what was done.

    Went in for service set up an appointment when I arrived there was o e young man on the phone after waiting for awhile not being acknowledged finally I asked if I was in the right place the young man answer yes somebody will be here to help you,someone came , ,my vehicle problem was solved but I’m sure they forgot to called me to let me know .

    My daughter in law was driving my truck and got stranded on the freeway and thru triple A I had my truck towed to Hatfield Buick. I spoke to Adrian and was informed. after diagnosing the problem he suggested I replace the trans with a S.E R t A. i agreed. I am pleased with the job performed on my truck.
