I have been coming to Hatfield since 2017. I have worked with several different service advisors and never had a problem. This time, I got a newer service advisor and my experience was different. I was 10-15 late to my appointment and was greeted rudely saying I was late and could not be seen. I explained my wife took the keys and I had to find the spare, etc. Still I was treated rudely so I asked for a manager, which I was taken care of. When I checked out and paid the same service advisor was cold and rude. I even tried to make a joke saying it's Friday, etc. Anyhow, this is not a reprimand situation but rather a teaching situation. I understand the importance of being on time and was aware of this new policy. Thank you for taking care of my service.

My truck needed an oil change, no big deal. I thought I had made an online appointment using the GMC app. Well I didn’t save the appointment on the app and when I showed up at when I thought I was suppose to be there, Adrien was able to fit me in and get me out before the end the business day.
