The staff is nice and friendly. One thing is that everytime I go to the Redlands Hatfield GMC I have never received a complimentary carwash when I ask even tho I been going their for several years now. It's always an excuse they don't have anyone to wash it or they can wash it in an hour. Even after I already waited an hour to have my car serviced. They need to fix this problem it's an inconvenience especially if I have the same problem everything I go here.

Basic service was good
